Electronic Form Filing

As an alternative to printing W-2 and 1099 forms, Brass Jacks Bookkeeper provides the option to electronically file these forms through a 3rd party service. For a nominal fee, this service will file the forms with the IRS as well as any state agencies. Copies of the forms can also be emailed or sent via regular mail to employees and contractors.

This can save from having to purchase the forms, print them, stuffing them into an envelope, providing a stamp and sending out. A definite time saver. 

Note: Tax forms can still be printed directly from Brass Jacks Bookkeeper to paper copies if electronic form filing is not an option.
