Viewing the Transactions of a Purchase Order
You can view and edit the transaction history of an existing purchase order.
To view a purchase order's transaction history:
- Choose Inventory > Create Purchase Orders, or click the Enter Purchase Orders icon in the Inventory section of the workspace.
- In the Purchase Orders dialog box, click Find. Locate and open the existing purchase order. (See Finding a Saved Purchase Order.)
- In the Purchase Orders dialog box, click Transactions in the Purchase Order Detail area
- In the Purchase Order History dialog box, click the date of the transaction in the Date Received list.
- Review the details of the transaction in the Transaction Detail section.
- To 'unreceive' items, select the transaction date and click the Delete button. In the confirmation message box, click Yes. In the deletion message, click OK.
This "undo" function indicates that the items weren't received. You can only 'unreceive' items that you haven't paid for. - Click OK.
