Viewing the History of Processed Files

If you retain the process OFX files, you can view the processing history of each.

To view the processing history of a previously processed file:

1. To view the processing history for a bank account statement, choose Banking > Reconcile Bank Account > Electronic Download File.
   To the processing history for a credit card statement, choose Banking > Reconcile Credit Card Transactions > Electronic Download File.
2. In the Electronic Download File Selection dialog box, review the items in the in the Processed Files list at the bottom.
3. Click the Details link next to the file to review its history.
4. In the Electronic Download File Reconciliation Recap dialog box, review the reconciled transactions.
5. If you wish, sort the list by clicking column headings.
6. To view transaction details, click the link for the transaction in the Type column.
   Bookkeeper opens the relevant dialog box showing the transaction.
7. To print the list of reconciled transactions, click Print.
8. Click Close.
