Printing Customer Statements
You can view and print customer statements from the Report Manager dialog box.
To view and print customer statements:
- Choose Reports > All Reports and Forms.
- In the Report Manager dialog box, click the arrow for the Accounts Receivable group.
- In the Accounts Receivable group, in the Invoices/Estimates section, click the view icon for either the Customer Statements - Historical or Customer Statements - Unpaid.
- In the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper - Reporting dialog box, to print statements, click Print.
- In the message box about statements:
To print statements for your records, click No to print the statement report on your default printer.
To print formal statements to send to your customers, click Yes. - In the Customer Statement Print dialog box, print the statements using the paper or PDF preferences defined in each customer record, or print all the statements to either paper or PDF.
- If you’re using windowed envelopes, adjust the position where the customer’s address prints on the statement to make it line up with the window on the envelope.
- If you’re printing on paper that already has your company name and address, to not print the company information with the statements, select the Suppress Company Information check box.
- To print your company logo on the statements instead of the text-based company name and address, select the Use Company Logo check box.
If you select this check box, Brass Jacks Bookkeeper automatically selects the Suppress Company Information check box. - Select a style for printing statements on plain paper or PDF by clicking the Change invoice style link. (See Selecting Invoice Styles for Printing.)
- To print the statements, click Print.
