Hiding and Showing Closed Jobs

Instead of deleting a completed job, you may want to hide it from view. For information about deleting jobs, see Deleting Jobs.

To hide all closed jobs for a customer:
  1. From the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper workspace, click the Manage Customers icon.
  2. In the Customer List dialog box, select the row for the customer.
  3. Click Detail or double-click the row.
  4. In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Jobs tab.
  5. On the Jobs tab, select the Hide closed job check box.
  6. Click OK.
To show all closed jobs again  for a customer:
  1. From the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper workspace, click the Manage Customers icon.
  2. In the Customer List dialog box, select the row for the customer.
  3. Click Detail or double-click the row.
  4. In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Jobs tab.
  5. On the Jobs tab, clear the Hide closed job check box.
  6. Click OK.
