Deleting Jobs

If you no longer want to have a job available in the Customer Detail dialog box, you can delete it.

Note: Instead of deleting a job, you can hide closed or completed jobs. See Hiding and Showing Closed Jobs for details.

To delete a job:
  1. From the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper workspace, click the Manage Customers icon.
  2. In the Customer List dialog box, select the row for the customer.
  3. Click Detail or double-click the row.
  4. In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Jobs tab.
  5. On the Jobs tab, click in either the Job Name or Description box for the job you want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.
  7. In the confirmation message box, click Yes.
  8. Click OK.
