Depositing Payments
You can enter deposits for any type of payment you receive by using the Deposits dialog box. When applying a payment to an invoice, you can enter the deposit directly into your checking account without using the Undeposited Funds dialog box to create the deposit entry.
Note: Before making a deposit, make sure that you’re using the correct bank account. For information about changing bank accounts, see Changing Bank Accounts.
