Viewing Specific Graphs

Brass Jacks Bookkeeper has several graphs that can help visually track your income and expenses. You can export graphs to various formats.

The available graphs include:

  • Accounts Payable: Expense Graphs
  • Accounts Receivable: Sales Graphs
  • Financial: Profits & Loss Graphs
To view a graph:
  1. Choose Reports> All Reports and Forms.
  2. In the Report Manager dialog box, open a group by clicking the arrow button.
  3. Then click the View icon for a graph in the Graph section.

  1. In the Graphical Reporting dialog box, select the type of graph you want to view from the Graph Type list.
  2. To change the viewing angle of the chart, click Adjust Perspective in the upper-left corner of the chart area and then drag the sliders that appear. Click Hide after adjusting the view.
  3. For the Profit & Loss chart, select which items to chart by clicking Filter in the upper-right corner of the chart area.
  4. If available, set a Date Range. If you change the date range, click Refresh.
  5. To print a chart, click Print.
  6. To export a chart, click one of the Export To buttons: Excel, PDF, Text, or CSV.
  7. Click Close.
