Setting Graph Options

You can customize graphs by setting certain options.

Note: Options are not available for Profit & Loss graphs.

To customize a graph:
  1. Choose Reports> All Reports and Forms.
  2. In the Report Manager dialog box, open a group by clicking the arrow button.
  3. Then click the View icon for a graph in the Graph section.

  1. In the Graphical Reporting dialog box, if necessary, select the type of graph you want to view from the Graph Type list.
  2. Click Options.
  3. In the Graph Options dialog box, specify how to display the information from the Chart my expenses by list or the Chart my sales by list.
  4. Select the check box for the type of chart that you want to view.
    (You can only select one of these check boxes.)
  5. Then select the options for that chart type.
    To select multiple items in a list, press Ctrl to select individual items or press Shift to select a range of items.
  6. If you select Date Range Comparison, specify the date range settings to the right.
  7. Click OK to return to the Graphical Reporting dialog box.
