New Transactions


Now that all possible matched transactions have been identified, the remaining transactions will be available to be created.



By default, all transactions on the import file that were not matched will be listed in the New Transactions step.


For each transaction, select the Transaction type, Vendor and Account. Other fields may be required for different transaction types (e.g. Card transactions will require you to select the associated debit card). Amounts and dates are prefilled based on the values in the import file. Other fields such as memo fields will be filled in but can be modified.


If you would prefer not to create transactions in this step, you can click the red 'x' on the right side to remove a specific transaction or click the Remove All button to clear all transactions from the list.


If you have any Presets saved, those will be used to automatically set the Transaction Type and/or Vendor based on the what was selected in the Preset window.


Click Save to create the transactions and complete the import process.
