Using Brass Jacks Bookkeeper Help

Brass Jacks Bookkeeper Help provides many ways for you to find the information you need.

To view the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper Help:
  • From the main workspace, choose Help > Brass Jacks Bookkeeper Help.
  • Press F1 at any time.
  • When available, click the Help button in a dialog box.
To open or close a book:
  • In the Contents tab, click the book's icon.
  • When a book is open, click the icon again to close it.
To view a help topic:
  • Click its title in the Contents tab on the left side of the help window.
To view an alphabetical index of keywords:
  1. Click the Index tab.
  2. Double-click a keyword.
  3. If the Topics Found dialog box appears, select a topic and click Display.
To search for a topic.
  1. Click the Search tab.
  2. Type the text you want to find and click List Topics.
  3. Double-click a topic in the list to view it on the right.

The Help menu gives you access to more information about working with Brass Jacks Bookkeeper and provides additional features. It has the following commands:
