Understanding Passwords

Each time you add a company to Brass Jacks Bookkeeper, you create a password for that company. It’s a good idea to write down your password and keep it in a safe place. Be sure to also add a security question just in case you forget your password.

You can change a company’s password or set up several passwords with different levels of access to your Brass Jacks Bookkeeper data. If you create other passwords, you can give others limited access to the program for data entry and invoicing without exposing sensitive accounting information to them.
