Specifying Merchant Account Options

In the Merchant Account tab of the Company Information dialog box, you can apply for a Merchant Account and manage the credentials used by the service for authorizing charges and refunds for customer credit cards.

First, you must sign up for merchant services. You will then receive your API Key which will be entered on this screen.

To update merchant account options:
  1. Click Company Setup in the Company section of the task bar on the right. In the Company Information dialog box, click the Merchant Account tab.
    or
    Choose Company > Manage Current Company Information from the menu and then click the Merchant Account tab.  
  2. Enter the API Key that is provided from the merchant gateway.
  1. To save the information without closing the dialog box, click Save.
  1. When you are finished updating information in the Company Information dialog box, click OK.
