Managing Invoice Templates
You can create new invoice templates, adjust existing ones, and delete them.
To manage invoice templates:
- Choose Company > Manage Invoice Templates.
- In the Invoice Templates dialog box, review the list of existing templates.
- To create a new template, click the Add button. In the Invoice Template Detail dialog box, customize the layout and type a name for the template. Then click OK. (See Creating Invoice Templates for details.)
- To see an existing template and adjust it, select the template and click the Detail button, or double-click the invoice template's name. Make any necessary adjustments and click OK. (See Adjusting Invoice Templates for details.)
- To delete a template, select it and click Delete. In the confirmation message box, click Yes.
- To save any changes to the list, click OK.
