Managing Bank Information

Each time you run Brass Jacks Bookkeeper, a bank account opens. The open bank account is associated with an actual bank. All checks and deposits are made with the open bank account.

A company can have several banks, each having several bank accounts associated with it, up to a total of 25 bank accounts. You can add new banks, and if there are fewer than 25 bank accounts, add bank accounts at any time. (See Adding Bank Accounts.)

If you have multiple bank accounts, you can change the active bank account when needed. (See Changing Bank Accounts.)
