Entering Your Merchant Account Information

After your Merchant Account is approved, you will receive a Welcome message by email from the gateway provider. You’ll find instructions in the email message about activating your payment gateway, which links to Brass Jacks Bookkeeper. Once you activate your payment gateway, you can link your merchant account to Brass Jacks Bookkeeper.

To enter your merchant account information:
  1. In Brass Jacks Bookkeeper, choose Company > Setup Merchant Account, or click Company Options in the Company section on the task bar at the right .
  2. In the Company Information dialog box, if necessary, click the Merchant Account tab.
  3. Enter the API Key that is provided from the merchant gateway.
  4. Click OK.
