Adding Pictures to Customer Records
You can add an image to a customer’s record in the Image tab of the Customer Detail dialog box. You can add the customer’s logo, a picture of the customer, or whatever you think is appropriate for the customer’s record. Brass Jacks Bookkeeper supports BMP, GIF, and JPG/JPEG graphic formats.
To add a new image:
- From the Brass Jacks Bookkeeper workspace, click the Manage Customers icon.
- In the Customer List dialog box, select row for the customer.
- Click Detail or double-click the row.
- In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Image tab.
- Click Add Image.
- In the Customer Image dialog box, locate and select the image.
- Click Open.
- If the image is too large to fit in the Customer Detail dialog box, click View Full Size to verify that the image is correct. In the Image View window, use the scroll bars or resize the Image View window to see the whole image. To close the Image View window, click Close.
- Click OK.
To replace an existing image with another one:
- In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Image tab.
- Click Replace Image.
- In the Customer Image dialog box, locate and select the new image.
- Click Open.
- If the image is too large to fit in the Customer Detail dialog box, click View Full Size to verify that the image is correct. In the Image View window, use the scroll bars or resize the Image View window to see the whole image. To close the Image View window, click Close.
- Click OK.
To remove an image from the customer’s record:
- In the Customer Detail dialog box, click the Image tab.
- Click Remove Image.
- Click OK.
