Activating Customers

If you have inactivated a customer, to be able to view the customer's information or to do business with the customer again, you must re-activate the customer.

To activate an inactive customer:
  1. Choose Sales > Activate Customer.
  2. In the Activate Customer dialog box, select the check box in the Activate column for the customer you want to re-activate.
  3. Then click OK.

The customer will show in the Customer List dialog box.
